Telehealth Information
Please call our office to see if your appointment will qualify for a telehealth visit. If a telehealth appointment is booked by our office please follow these instructions:

- Schedule a Telehealth Visit by calling your physician’s office.
- You will need to have downloaded MyChart and added your child (signed proxy).
- Under 12 this can be done parent only. Ages 13 and up will need both parent and child signed proxy.
- This can be done in office at the next appointment.
- Appointment registration will be completed in MyChart same as in office visit.
- 15 minutes prior to your appointment, you'll receive a text message with a link to start your Telehealth Visit.
- Check in, enable your camera, and wait for your physician to join the call. It’s that simple!
