Telehealth Information

Please call our office to see if your appointment will qualify for a telehealth visit. If a telehealth appointment is booked by our office please follow these instructions:

  • Schedule a Telehealth Visit by calling your physician’s office.
  • You will need to have downloaded MyChart and added your child (signed proxy).
  • Under 12 this can be done parent only. Ages 13 and up will need both parent and child signed proxy.
  • This can be done in office at the next appointment.
  • Appointment registration will be completed in MyChart same as in office visit.
  • 15 minutes prior to your appointment, you'll receive a text message with a link to start your Telehealth Visit.
  • Check in, enable your camera, and wait for your physician to join the call. It’s that simple!
