Take exit 226 TN-171 Belinda Pkwy, Providence toward Mt. Juliet. Travel north on N. Mt. Juliet Road for 2 miles. Our office is on the right in Town Center Medical Plaza. If you reach Division Street you have gone about 0.1 miles too far.

From Lebanon Road (Hwy 70)
Take N. Mt. Juliet Road south for approximately 2.3 miles, crossing the railroad track at Division. Our office is on the left just past Division Street in the Town Center Medical Plaza.
