Telehealth Information

Please call our office to see if your appointment will qualify for a telehealth visit. If a telehealth appointment is booked by our office please follow these instructions:

1. Complete your pre-visit check-in via email or text message.

2. 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment please login to your provider's link using Google Chrome or FireFox browser.

3. Enter the patient's full name (child's name) when prompted.

4. You will enter a virtual waiting room. Please stay there until the provider logs in.

5. You must have a device with a camera and microphone - laptop, tablet, or desk-top computers are preferred.

Información de telesalud  

Llame a nuestra oficina para ver si su cita calificará para una visita de telesalud. Si nuestra oficina reserva una cita de telesalud, siga estas instrucciones: 

1. Registrese antes de su cita por correo electrónico o por mensage de texto. 

2. 5-10 minutos antes de su cita programada, inicie sesión usando el navegador Google Chrome o FireFox. 

3. Ingrese el nombre completo del paciente (nombre del niño) cuando se le solicite. 

4. Ingresará a una sala de espera virtual. Permanezca allí hasta que el proveedor inicie la sesión. 

5. Debe tener un dispositivo con cámara y micrófono: se prefiere una computadora portátil, tableta o computadora de escritorio.
